Makeup Haul

Makeup Haul

So I moved to a small town where the closest Ulta is an hour a way, and Sephora is more like two hours. That my friend is the true sacrifice I made when we moved back to our hometown. Today I had to drive two towns over for some business, and I decided to make a day of it and spend some time at Ulta. I have zero regret, but it did make me think of when I was in college. I may have skipped some classes to hit the VIB sales at Sephora with my best friend. Hey priorities right? I do not recommenced skipping classes, but we did have fun and it made for great memories. Let’s get on to the haul before I start confessing more secrets.

Becca Ultimate coverage 24-hour foundation

I have heard so many good things about this foundation. I have dry skin so I was a little reluctant, but I had them put it on me at the store and it was BEAUTIFUL! It is super full coverage, but somehow doesn’t feel heavy. It doesn’t cling to my dry patches, and I’ve had it on for about seven hours now and it still looks amazing with no touch ups.

The only down fall I think this foundation has is the color range. We had such a hard time finding a true match, and we never really did. I found that the color Driftwood was the closest I was going to get, but it is just a little dark for me. Many of the colors are VERY yellow and my skin tone does not do well with yellow. If you want to try this foundation go in store and find your match. I think it would be very hard to find your match online.

Clinic Moisture Surge 72-Hour auto-replenish

Like I said before I have very dry skin. It’s hard finding a moisturizer that gives me the hydration I need without breaking me out, because on top of dry skin I also have sensitive skin. I’m hoping that this moisturizer will be just what I need.

Moisture Surge Hydration Surge

To be honest, I just got Ulta happy and grabbed this too. I haven’t heard much about this product, but it had good reviews online so we shall see!

Blushing Babes in Fuchsia

I think this may be something that maybe Ulta is getting rid of because I couldn’t find the fuchsia on online. I loved how pigment these were when I swatch them. I’m excited to see how they wear.

What makeup and skincare products have you bought lately? I would love to hear what your go to products are. Help me add to the my next shopping list! I hope y’all are having a wonderful day!
